Fully integrated into the helmet’s ear protection, this advanced Bluetooth® communication system eliminates cables, external units, and snag hazards. The result is a clean, balanced setup that feels as good at the end of the day as it does at the start—lightweight, comfortable, and built for real work.

No buttons, no delays—just seamless, real-time communication between crew members. Whether you’re working in tight proximity or spread across site, the BT-COM delivers reliable coverage up to 150 metres between two users and up to 600 metres across a team of four, with the ability to extend even further when paired with radios or mobile devices.

The directional gooseneck microphone actively suppresses background noise, ensuring your voice cuts through machinery, wind, and site noise. Combined with interference-free Bluetooth® technology, you get consistent, dependable communication when it matters most.

Every detail is designed for the job. Simple three-button control makes operation easy—even with gloves—while the system remains fully functional in all helmet positions, including park. The system can also be used as a Bluetooth® headset, connecting to mobile phones, audio devices, GPS units, handheld radios, and other intercom systems. The PROTOS® Control smartphone app adds further functionality, including device pairing and emergency features.
