The Teufelberger Ocean Polyester 8mm 600mm eye-to-eye hitch cord is an ultra-short friction hitch for pulley-based work positioning lanyards. The length of 600mm can be tight to tie (due to the stiffness of the heat shrink wrapping the stitching) as a Distel friction hitch, but you get much shorter legs and minimal sit-back. This cord is fully certified and tested according to the EN 564 standard for use by a single person in a fall arrest system to EN 395, ensuring its durability and safety. It comprises a polyester/aramid sheath over a polyester core, making it highly abrasion-resistant, grippy, and heat-resistant.
