Port-A-Wrap

Small: For use with ropes up to 16mm in diameter. 

Large: For use with ropes up to 19mm in diameter

The Port-A-Wrap is a friction device designed for lowering wood with ropes. This simple design allows quick wrapping and unwrapping of working lines, without the time consuming need to remove the device from its anchor point. The Port-A-Wrap requires the use of a strop or whoopie sling to anchor it to a tree. Like most lowering devices, the tree that is being lowered or a tree nearby can be used as the anchoring point, as long as it is clearly substantial enough to withstand the load at hand.
